Leveled up luxe Rental Responsability

Leveled up luxe Rentals will Provide Exemplary customer service for all our clients. Leveled up luxe rental will provide quality props and furniture rentals in the best conditions. leveled up luxe Does not guarantee rental items without signs of wear. Please note, all rentals period are for 8 hours , from delivery to pick up. Leveled up luxe rentals has the right to refuse business to anyone.

Fees

Late Payments– Failed to make payment 14 days prior to the event will result in a $100 late charge.if the final payment is still not received within 7 days of the event, the late fee will increase to $200. Failure to make full payment within 3 days of the event will result in cancellation of the reservation and no refund nor credit will be given.

Late Bookings – Any reservation booked within 5 days of the event date subject to late booking fees. Late booking feed stars at $450.00

Last Minute Cancellations of your booking will result in non refundable payments on our rental. we can work into an instore credit for Only 90 days after your event.

Liability

Client is responsable for the safety snd reliability of the event venue and furnishings. clients is also responsable for every injury, loss, death or damage from Leveled up luxe rental employees or equipment resulting from the conduct of event attendees and of staff not employed by leveled up luxe rentals.
